About Our Products

Mr Beetlestone's Tracklements has been in existence since 1994.

It started in Beetlestone's Restaurant in Blackburn with a request for the mustard and vinaigrette being sold to customers who had dined and wanted the same quality condiments that they had eaten, for home. It soon became apparent that there was a real market for quality, chef-produced, condiments and such like.

Soon the list of items that 'The Chef' had made and was selling, increased.

One day some hot sauce was wanted/needed and the ubiquitous "Tabasco" was all that was available except for a few 'HARD NUT ' super sauces. These are made with extract and are really only hot with extracts and not chillies or hot peppers. Volcano and Dragon’s Breath were born using West Indian Scotch Bonnets.

Moving to Somerset in 2000 found new markets. Mr Beetlestone's tracklements began to find outlets and so new premises needed to be found.

We are still only a small business producing bespoke condiments for chef's and cooks alike. Anyone who likes quality home made food will love our products.

In Watchet we grow the chillies and herbs as organically and naturally as possible. We source other fruits and vegetables locally, often from less than three miles away.

Mr Beetlestone's Tracklements and all who are involved are passionate about food. Everything is hand made. Recipes are developed by professional chefs. No expense is spared as attention to detail is part of our mission.
